Review guidelines
Every review is read by a real person before it appears. Honest reviews — including negative ones — stay visible. We only remove a review if it breaks one of these rules:
- Spam, ads, or links promoting other businesses
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or slurs
- Sexually explicit or graphic content
- Personal information (addresses, phone numbers, someone else's details)
- Not about Butter Babe Brownies or a real experience with us
- Impersonation or clearly fake / duplicate reviews
"Verified purchase" means the email you used matches an order placed with us. Your email is never shown publicly.
